Exporting to Camera from Photo Gallery

After importing images from my Pentax digital camera to Windows Photo
Gallery, I inadvertently deleted the images from my camera.
Now I am trying to export the images from Photo Gallery back to my camera as
I was able to do when i was using Windows XP.

I used the USB cable that came with the camera and wasn't able to export the
images to the driver (E:\) associated with the camera connection. The drive
does display, and the images seem to go to a folder but, not to my camera.

Would appreciate if anyone has a solution to this problem.

Thanks

RE: Exporting to Camera from Photo Gallery

Hi Floridaguy,

You might be sending the images to the wrong folder. Take a picture on your
camera. Next, connect your camera to the computer. In the autorun dialogue
that appears, click cancel. Now open Computer. Right click the drive
corresponding to your camera and select Explore. Your camera should have one
or more folders. Open each of them in turn and look for the picture you took
earlier. The folder that the picture is in is the one that you need to send
the images to. Alternatively, if your camera uses a removable memory card
such as an SD card or equivalent, and you have a card reader/writer in your
machine, you can transfer the images that way.

Re: Exporting to Camera from Photo Gallery

Open your camera in my computer and find the folder you want them in, then
drag and drop them in that folder.
