Can anyone help please

At work I am trying to set up orange broadband and have hit a problem which
orange can't help with. Is there a Phone Diary that can be set for area code
or world code as they can't connect the internet until I can sort this out. I
am at home so its not this computer but if you can help please let me know.
Thank You

If you are using Orange ADSL broadband you do not need to use area codes.
Are you trying to use a dial-up modem for some reason?

Explain what you are trying to do.

So you basically need to set up dialling locations for when you change
from home to work etc? Don;t see why you would need this if the computer
does not move around with you.

> Charlie Tame, I don't use the same computer for both. The one I am using now is at home but the one I am trying to use a different one at work. The one at work is Vista Business on it. The Orange Broadband tech dept tried to sort it out yesterday without any luck and they said it has something to do with "A phone diary or something about the computers telephone set up needs changing to this area code" so I would be very grateful if you are able to help with this problem.
Thanks
