| Guest | This organization's certificate has been revoked hello all. i'm new to windows Vista, and using 2 OS(xp sp2 and vista) i am trying to enter my company learning web site (https://learning.canon-europe.com) from windows vista , i got this error: There is a problem with this website's security certificate. This organization's certificate has been revoked. Security certificate problems may indicate an attempt to fool you or intercept any data you send to the server. We recommend that you close this webpage and do not continue to this website. Click here to close this webpage. Continue to this website (not recommended). More information If you arrived at this page by clicking a link, check the website address in the address bar to be sure that it is the address you were expecting. When going to a website with an address such as https://example.com, try adding the 'www' to the address, https://www.example.com. If you choose to ignore this error and continue, do not enter private information into the website. For more information, see "Certificate Errors" in Internet Explorer Help. but it working well at windows xp,and if an certificate error appears there is 3rd choise is(continue not recommende) can someone help me ,urgent please raymond |

| Guest | Re: This organization's certificate has been revoked In Vista with IE7 checking for revoked certificates is on by default. Go to Tools - Internet Options - Advanced. Scroll down to Security. Remove the two check marks beside the settings to do with revoked certificates. Click on Apply. Exit IE7. Open IE7 and try the site again. If this works then the certificates have been revoked. You should notify the company of this. Turning off this feature lowers your security when surfing the net. -- Kerry Brown Microsoft MVP - Shell/User http://www.vistahelp.ca "raymond" <raymond@xxxxxx> wrote in message news:B32406A1-7E7D-4606-9762-F7C9057572A6@xxxxxx Quote: > its october 07, 2007, > > > > > "Kerry Brown" wrote: > Quote: >> Check the date on your computer. >> >> -- >> Kerry Brown >> Microsoft MVP - Shell/User >> http://www.vistahelp.ca >> >> >> "raymond" <raymond@xxxxxx> wrote in message >> news:8D2AF2E3-254A-41CC-81E3-73B1221C1A50@xxxxxx Quote: >> > hello all. >> > i'm new to windows Vista, and using 2 OS(xp sp2 and vista) i am trying >> > to >> > enter my company learning web site (https://learning.canon-europe.com) >> > from >> > windows vista , i got this error: >> > >> > There is a problem with this website's security certificate. >> > >> > >> > This organization's certificate has been revoked. >> > >> > Security certificate problems may indicate an attempt to fool you or >> > intercept any data you send to the server. >> > We recommend that you close this webpage and do not continue to this >> > website. >> > Click here to close this webpage. >> > Continue to this website (not recommended). >> > More information >> > >> > >> > If you arrived at this page by clicking a link, check the website >> > address >> > in >> > the address bar to be sure that it is the address you were expecting. >> > When going to a website with an address such as https://example.com, >> > try >> > adding the 'www' to the address, https://www.example.com. >> > If you choose to ignore this error and continue, do not enter private >> > information into the website. >> > >> > For more information, see "Certificate Errors" in Internet Explorer >> > Help. >> > >> > but it working well at windows xp,and if an certificate error appears >> > there >> > is 3rd choise is(continue not recommende) >> > can someone help me ,urgent please >> > raymond >> > >> > |
