I see you've now completely lost what was left of your small mind and
joined the fanatical linux cause.
Is that now your substitute religion?

hehehe...now that is the best excuse for failing to penetrate the
desktop market I've ever heard. Did his holiness RS give you that bit of
confused logic to say when cornered on the failure of linux to gain any
significant market share over the last 15 yrs?
That excuse sure sounds like something a cult would say.

The biggest point here is that Linux has succeeded on the desktop.
Will it ever be as big as Windows? No.
Does it really matter? Yes.
The world needs Windows for those who know what a mouse is and can use it.
Linux is needed for those who like to control what they use.
Windows is so big the only way it can continue to grow is through
unethical business practices.
If MS really thought that Linux would never succeed, because it was no
good, it not pay any attention to Linux. But most everything it does is
to try to stop Linux. So even though it says Linux is no good its
actions say other wise.
Cases in point-any non MS computer developed country. MS tries through
negotiations and incentives to stop the use of Linux. Then complains
about piracy of its products in that country. Then makes deal with said
country that all computers in that country will not be sold without an
Os. In the same deal Volume licensing is sold for Windows with
agreements to either limit or stop all other Os's.
Then when all of the above don't work then drastically cut prices in
said county under the guise of fighting piracy.
Then once MS has a strangle hold on that market their prices go back up.
Any stop to piracy? No. The only ones hurt by these tactics? The
consumer,their competition and MS.
Why. The consumers because they have fewer choices and higher prices.
The competition because they can't.
MS because they only way they can continue to grow is through the above
deceit.
The pirates? Not if you listen to MS. Piracy is as bad as ever and
growing. Is it or is it marketing?
Even the EU figured this out.
