| | Temporary Internet Folder - still can't view contents Has anyone come up with the solution to viewing the full content of the Temporary Internet folder? I've Googled for an answer, checked different forums and tried every suggestion out there but still can't access the 'hidden' data files showing the contents of webpages that have been visited.. I use Vista Ultimate X64 as my OS.. I would like to at least have the cookies displayed in TIF so I can go through the list and del the Ad cookies.. I understand Microsoft (in their ultimate wisdom) decided to 'hide' the data for security reasons. Doesn't make sense to this old boy and I sure wish they would structure it as they did in WinXP.. Hope someone can help me... TIA Jack |

| | Re: Temporary Internet Folder - still can't view contents Make sure you enable hidden files in Folder options, and un-tick hide protected OS Stuff. Make sure protected system files are unhidden. -- Paul "Jack" wrote: Quote: > Has anyone come up with the solution to viewing the full content > of the Temporary Internet folder? > > I've Googled for an answer, checked different forums and tried > every suggestion out there but still can't access the 'hidden' data > files showing the contents of webpages that have been visited.. > > I use Vista Ultimate X64 as my OS.. > > I would like to at least have the cookies displayed in TIF so > I can go through the list and del the Ad cookies.. > > I understand Microsoft (in their ultimate wisdom) decided to > 'hide' the data for security reasons.
