Vista - Windows Media Player /Library

I'm not able to save any of the music on my computer to my library !? Even
when I try to put the folders to moniter in manually it doesn't work ! I
read something about erase the media players database but how do I go about
doing this or does someone have any Idea what I can do ! I really love my
music and would appreciate the help ! When I click on anything in my library
like artist or something it says , searching for digital media files in the
back ground click here to add files, but I can't !! Someone
PLEASE Help !!!

thanks bill but when i tried to download it it said something like not for my
system any other ideas ?

Your library is corrupt and would need to be reset--
