| | Re-Activating I have a dell bought computer it came with a windows vista upgrade. So I installed the upgrade but because of the lack of driver support I reformated my computer to Windows XP. Just about yesterday I decided to put Vista back on but when I go to activate it says that my CD Key is already in use. So I do the activation over the phone and It says there is a error also. So I go to live chat with microsoft. And when it asks for my PID it says it is in the incorrect format. What can I do? |
