| | Vista and SB600 southbridge How to install succesfully Vista on computer with AMD SB600 southbridge? SATA is set to AHCI mode, and during installation the computer freezes. I've integrated KB931369 patch into installation files, but no success there. Installation starts only with SATA set to IDE mode. If you want to use AHCI you must turn it on fist in the bios then reinstall the os again.
