Re: looking how to hide a file on my computer

Add a password to your account. Open Control Panel > User Accounts > Look
under "Make Changes to your account"

You can also put your files in a folder, go to the Properties of the folder
and change its Attributes to Hidden under the 'General' tab.

Hi Joe.

Keep them in a folder under your user profile, ie: C:\Users\Joe\... Your
personal folders are not shared unless you specifically make them
accessible.

Don't let other people use your Vista login. Create other user accounts for
them to use, and password protect your account.
