| | Can't restart I have a new computer and it has never been able to restart. Whenever an update requires a restart, or if I choose restart from the start menu, it just exits and goes to a dark screen and stops. It doesn't shut down. I have to manually push the restart button every time. System will shut down fine - just won't restart. |
