Cannot use LG USB Stick on new Vista Home

Hi there,

My girlfriend bought her self a new asus laptop P5 with Vista home.
She also bought a LG Chocolat Pen drive (usb stick) of 2GB, the stick does
not work in Vista, on XP there is not a problem.

She get the following message (Spanish)

Falta el id. de hardware.
Windows no puede identificar el dispositivo conectado a usb mass storage
device

In english:

The hardware ID is missing.
Windows can not identify the device connected to usb mass storage device.

All is brand new, I reformated the usb drive in Windows XP, still no luck.

Can anyone post me a suggestion?

Thanks
