DVD/CD Rom is not working and is not recognized

My DVD/CD Rom Drive is not recognized when I insert CD or DVD. It does not
appear in My Computer. When I click onto Device Manager, it has a minus sign
beside it. Underneath DVD/CD Rom Drives there is TREAC CDRWDVD DW 2224EV ATA
Device. When I right click, it has an error message Code 10. When I click
check for solutions, nothing happens. Please advise.
