| | Re: sending to the same group of contacts This is an odd question to ask in Hardware_Devices.. But yes. They are called Groups. Open your Contacts, and click on "New Contact Group" on the toolbar. If this button is missing, your Contacts folder has apparently switched from it's proper default template. Right-click on a blank area of the right pane, and select "Customize this folder" in the pull-down box, select "Contacts" ok "Joe" <Joe@xxxxxx> wrote in message news 6375D3E-246E-4900-B26B-524C0591D4D6@xxxxxxQuote: > Is there a way if you send emails to the same group of contacts that you > can > put them in a special list so you dont have to keep clicking on the names? |

Express, I believe you could create a "group". In Thunderbird, you create a Mailing List. For Windows Mail, I did a Google for "create contacts group Windows Mail" and got some very useful links with pictures: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q...=Google+Search For Windows Mail, the answer may be in its (or Vista's) Help file, too. If you are using some other email program that I didn't mention, use the same search term and substitute the name of your email program for "Windows Mail".
