Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer

I have a Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer (which I guess isn't version 2.0).
The mouse is sort of flakey under Vista. (Wired mouse is fine) I looked
online and the suggestion is to update the driver, but when I look at
Microsoft site, I see a vista driver for Intellimouse Explorer 2.0, but
under Intellimouse Explorer there are only XP drivers. Does that mean the
mouse isn't compatible?

Here is where I looked:

Thanks
