I have a HP laptop with Vista. My mouse arrow keeps jumping around the screen
by itself. This also happens on my other laptop running XP. Is there a
setting that will stop this?

This happened to me last year and is happening again. The mouse is a
Bluetooth mouse. Swapped it for one that is RF to a USB base and one
that is directly plugged in to a USB port--same with all of them.
