Repartition HDD

Hi evry1

My first post...

I am a new Vista x64 user.

During Vista installation I partitioned my 232.8 GB Maxtor HDD into the following partitions

C: 32.8 GB
D: 100 GB
E: 100 GB

Over time unfortunately free space in the C drive has reduced to 8 GB. I needed to increase drive space for C drive so I used Paragon Partition Manager 8.5 to chop 19.9 GB off my E Drive and move to the front of it. You can see current state of my HDD in the following image.

As of now when I try to move the unallocated 19.9 GB to the front of the D drive and in a later step add it to the C Drive (The image below shows my intentions).

Paragon Partition Manager 8.5 requests for a startup repartition as the drive is under use. I allowed it and it came up with "Error loading driver 0xC000036B". Now I cannot use the manager for repartitioning as it can only perform the requested action when the drive is not in use (which is not under my control but Vista's). I am stuck with two solutions which are -
1) To add the unallocated space back to the E drive, or
2) Backup Data and start partitioning from scratch.

Please help!! I really need that space onto the C drive. I cannot lose my data either. If any one has a solution please reply.

Thanking evry1 in advance.
