In step 11, if the option is set to 255 or that of 0xb5 then set the option
to 91 as instructed.
Incidentally, sometimes you cannot find the NoDriveTypeAutoRun no matter how
hard you look, I suggest that you actually use the Find option; type in
NoDriveTypeAutoRun in the find box and then click Find.
