I have been getting this issue accompanied with a fatal system crash!

If your able to write down the 0x000xxxx Blue screen error code its possible to lookup the exact cause...

The VIDEO_TDR_ ERROR bug check has a value of 0x00000116. This indicates that an attempt to reset the display driver and recover from a timeout failed.

You might need to turn off automatic restart on system crash to see the BlueScreen.
