im haven a problem with my second hard drive the problem is it dont show up
on vista. i had window min, both drive was working fine. i format both drive

i was running on windows Millennium and both hard drive was working
fine...yeah i checked, its not in BIOS. I did almost everything but then when
i tryed it in another computer the drive work fine but the outer computer is
running on windows xp. I format the drive in ms dos.... D: format

good. Therefore the problem must lie in the way you've installed it in
the upgraded computer. As I said, check jumpering - on *both* drives
since some drives require a different jumpering for Master-with-slave
than they do for just Master/Single. Also you might try a different IDE
cable, making sure it is 80-pin and not the old 40-pin.
Other than that, you might consider having someone knowledgeable take a
look since it will be rather difficult to diagnose what you are doing
wrong without actually seeing the computer.
