| | USB SD Reader I used a PQI USB SD Reader with my system when it was running XP Pro with no difficulty. The system recognised it at first use and never a problem. Vista refused to recognise it other than knowing its type and insists on a non-existant driver. Any suggestions? |

If you have failed in a search for this "driver" on line - via the upgrade driver dialog in device manager - then the device may not be supported by Vista. Check with PQI. Such was the case with a PNY SD writer/reader here that does have a driver. Vista would not accept it, and PNY confirmed that it would not work with that O/S. |

| | Re: USB SD Reader That's odd, I've got a PNY USB SD card reader/writer and it works fine with Vista. |
