Since the 845 graphics chip does not have internal DX9 support there are no Vista drivers for it The 945 graphics is the first Intel chip for which there are Vista drivers available from Intel. Be sure to set the Install.exe program to XP compatibility (Properties dialog) and then run as administrator. Nothing to lose... good luck.
