Wireless Laser Desktop problem

I, for the life of me, can't get my Comfort Keyboard V 1.0 to register in
Vista. There's no keyboard even showing up in the hardware tab. I've gotten
the updated files from MS, but no luck. It works in the BIOS though. Any help
is appreciated.

Do this: remove the transmitter from the computer. Wait a few seconds,
then replug the transmitter, and wait for some indication that the
Vista's daemon has awoken from its trance.

If the daemon say something about installing drivers, OK. If it says
your device has failed, unplug the transmitter, wait for fifteen
seconds, then replug. Do this until you give up or the daemon has
finally awoken and installed the drivers.

Re: Wireless Laser Desktop problem

Wow, I figured it out. I just plugged in the USB part of it only, and
unplugged the keyboard from the PS/2 adapter, and it worked. Thanks for the
suggestion though!
