Vista - problem with newdev.exe

i have a problem everytime i open my pc a notification pops up about
hardware device that cannot open and it shows that the problem is on
file named newdev.exe..
my pc is new .. but i did not have this problem .. i installed google
earth, then i found a trojan on google earth and after i deleted google
earth i have this problem. i downloaded autorun from
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sys.../Autoruns.mspx
as mentioned in another thread i found on this site,
but i cannot find the file to disable it!
it doesnt apear with the find tool ..
( but i can find the file in the windows in my system32 files but i
didnt bother it because i do not know if i will damage anything!!! )
do i have to search it with another name with autorun?
i search as newdev.exe and plain newdev but nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
