Nokia AD-42W & BT A2DP

I Recently purchased a Bluetooth audio Reciever/transmitter gateway, to send
Audio through bluetooth from wireless audio devices, such as a N95, or a
laptop.

The N95 has a2dp support and connects / plays audio seamlessly.

On my laptop on the other hand, connection is easily established, allthough
audio throughput is very limited, it seems this is a common problem on most
bluetooth laptops.
The make of the bluetooth radio is a HP Integrated Bluetooth module, running
a
"com13 serial port (SSP) 'Dev B' " Set to "Outgoing" in Com Ports properties &
"Audio Sink"

as services the "Type of device" is recognized as a "hi-fi Audio Device"

On a side note, i have 3 Unrecognized "Bluetooth Periphal Device" in Device
Manager, which i have not yet been able to install correctly, they have been
present prior to installation of the ad42 device though.

Try using bluesoleil. Hope its still free. BlueSoleil, the most easy-to-use, innovative and interoperable Bluetooth software... works with vista. I had the same poblem with my a2dp bt hedset one year back & this solved the problem seamlessly.

hope this helps
