| | Standby key What is the command, syntax or executable to put my system into standby. My MS 6000 keyboard has a Logoff key that I would like to out my system into Standby. Someone give it to mke before and I just did a clean install to Vistax64 and cannot figure it out. I have searched the Shutdown and Powercfg switches to no avail. There is some simple file that launches when I click the button in the Start menu. Thanks for any help, Sam |

| Vista x64 Ultimate SP2, Windows 7 Ultimate x64 | Re: Standby key I would be interested in knowing this myself. All the shortcuts I found that claim to put the computer to sleep or standby actually only puts the computer into hibernation. I have my computer set to Sleep, and turned off the Hybrid and Hibernate Power Options. Shawn |
