Vista - Problem caused by NVIDIA Graphics Driver

Hello,
I have a HP DV9500 and my computer shuts down while on windows vista.
I get the following error:
Problem caused by NVIDIA Graphics Driver
This problem was caused by NVIDIA Graphics Driver. This program was created
by NVIDIA Corporation. NVIDIA Corporation does not currently have a solution
for the problem that you reported.

*** I went to nvidia to get an updated driver - there fix is to contact HP.
I
contacted HP and they sent me thier latest driver. I deleted my old driver
and installed thiers. When i installed thier latest driver, i got the "yes
to all" meaning, I had it already. My computer still shuts down... I've
talked to HP twice and looked all over windows to find a fix...still no fix.

Can anyone out there help me and Maddi below? Please... Thanks in advance
