It says Vista under the system requirements. What exactly concerns you
    about that?

My windows vista will not recognise it. It says cant install software. in
the user manual it does not mention vista just on their website showing the
    mp4.

Are you using Vista x86 or Vista x64? Sometimes a manufacturer will have a
driver for 32bit Vista but not 64bit. Sometimes they only test their
existing drivers with x86. You may need to contact the manufacturer to find
    out for sure.

    Re: mp4 player

I don't have any expertise in mp4. Sorry. I was just advising on the
    general driver situation.
