| vista ultimate | Fingerprint reader problem I have tried many times to install this software (version 2.0 and 2.01 but keep getting the same error message: Suspect installation problem" Does anyone know of a way to address this issue? Thanks. |

Are you using a 32bit or 64bit edition?
