Vista Game Controller - Changing the default controller.

Hello,

What I have:

Vista Home Premium 32-bit
Logitech Dual Action Controller (Shows as joystick-1 in all games)
Logitech G25 wheel (Shows as joystick-2 in all games)
Saitek Joystick (Shows as joystick-3 in all games)

Right now all my games see my G25 as joystick 2 and my Logtech Dual Action
Controller as joystick 1. I need to be able to switch that so the G25 is
"Joystick-1".

I tried this:

http://windowshelp.microsoft.com/Win...0fdfd1033.mspx

but I do not get the "Move to top" option, there are no options at all when
you right click. I am logged in as admin, I checked safe mode, I tried
reboots and plugging them in one at a time in different orders. They always
have the same ID attached to them regardless of what order they are plugged
into the PC.

I do not think this is a game issue as they show up in that exact one on
top, two in the middle and three on the bottom in the game controller menu.

Please help, im pulling my hair out on this one.
