PNP Prpblem

I have a two month old Sony VAIO SZ650N laptop with Vista Business OS. It was
running soooo slow I ran the Norton Samantec PC optimization (disk cleanup
and several other temp file clean ups). Somehow the Vista plug and play
module is now missing and devise manager doesn’t work (no drivers listed) and
I can’t print or use any drivers to use usbs, Verizon wireless etcc…When I
try to enable it in Services the error message the file cannot be found.
..I’ve been on the phone with Sony tech support twice yesterday for a total of
six hours and they want to me send it back for a total rebuild to fix the
plug and play missing module (their analysis). I just want the module if
possible so I can get back to work. Can anyone you help? Thanks, Gordon

You must reinstall the OS from the Recovery Partition or from the
Recovery CDs/DVD that you burned when you purchased the computer.
