HDD invisible

I am trying to back up my files to a second hard drive. But, when I go to My
computer, it just doesn't show. I look on CMD and the hd is there, and all
the connections are fine. How do I get it back?

I run a Windows Vista Premium.

Re: HDD invisible

Hi,

Is this a new drive? Have you created and formatted at least one volume on
it?

Re: HDD invisible

Hi, Cheese.

What do you see in Disk Management (diskmgmt.msc)?

What do you mean by "look on CMD"?
