I've got a serious problem with my computer

Right so, today while playing the steam based game team fortress 2, my
recently bought dell computer crashed, The game went to desktop and then
    Windows Vista OS64Bit crashed.

Anyway i tried to reboot the computer and it froze at the dell screen for
about 5 minutes, then it went to a black screen with this symbol

    -

Flashing, Then it turns up with

    No boot device available
    Sata0:Installed
    Sata1:Installed
    Sata2:Installed
    Sata3isabled

Then it goes back to dell start up,

I've tried my reinstall CD, Doesn't work as it cannot find the device and
drivers, which i've tried to CD to install them but it freezes when i try.

When i try to install Vista OS 64Bit, it does not let me install as it
cannot find the Hard drive Device.

I put in the device and tried booting, it went into dos and tested all my
devices and drivers, It said they were all working correctly.

I was just wondering whats wrong, because it's still booting to

    No boot device available
    Sata0:Installed
    Sata1:Installed
    Sata2:Installed
    Sata3isabled

I would really like some help on how to get this fixed so i can get back to
    organizing my work. *smiley face*

What is Dell telling you to do?

    Contact Dell support.

You might have a bad hard drive, or even a bad SATA contoller on the
    motherboard.

They should be able to help you diagnose and/or arrange for service.
