keyboard not working properly

Hi everyone, i hava a laptop, an recently it has been sending an error
message about kbdsp.dll, it says that windows cannot execute the dll. This
problem affects my keyboard, all the symbols like dot, dash, etc are in the
wrong key. I have tried changing the configuration through the control panel
but it doesn't work, someone told that I should register the dll using
Regsvr32 but it says that the module is not compatible with windows vista,

Please help me fix it!!
