How do I set up my mouse so that I only need to click once instead of twice?

Open the Control Panel and switch to Classic View. Open Folder Options. On
the General tab, select the Single-click radio button under "Click items as
follows."

That's as close as I know in Vista.

Worked perfectly. I just converted to Vista and things are a bit more confusing than XP. Thnaks for the help
