Vista - Hardrive Problem

is there any Hard Drive utility program that works on Vista x64? i have 2 Western Digital Hard Drives on RAID 0 configration. and i'm having problem with one drive... now i need to check that drive but Data Lifeguard Tools by western digital doesn't supports vista x64. so is there any other utility program out there?

Normally you don't want to run hardware diagnostics from within Windows
anyway. Download Western Digital's diagnostic utility (DOS) for floppy or
CD instead. If you choose the CD version, burn the .iso as an image, not
data. Then boot with the media you created and do a thorough diagnostic.
Unfortunately, with RAID 0 if one drive is bad you will lose everything.
This is why RAID 0 is not recommended. You basically double the chances of
losing your data without getting any significant speed increase for the
risk.
