| | Realtek Drivers I have a Realtek AC97 soundcard. I have the official XP drivers from Sony which install when ran under XP SP2 compatibility mode. Once installed, the sound works with no issue at all, however when I restart I have to reinstall the driver again to get sound to work again. Sound has worked consistently on previous installations of 5384 and 5472 (current version: 5472). I have reformatted and reinstalled 5472 yet this issue still persists. |
