Help, please. Video card issues.

I have been having issues related to it ever since I installed Vista. My
video card is an nVidia qudro 2500M. I don't even have to do anything. I can
be on Firefox just browsing the Web when it will start to freeze up. It will
be small at first but eventually the mouse wont even move. This is when it
turns to a BSOD. Windows tells me I need to update my driver but the Windows
udate says I'm up to date? According to my device manager I have driver
version 7.15.11.5669. Does anyone have any idea how to help me?
Btw, Im running a Dell M90 Laptop with 4gb RAM, Intel Core 2 Duo T7400
2.16Ghz processor and a 90gb hard drive.

If you haven't done already, go here and check what versions are
available for your card:

Re: Help, please. Video card issues.

Have you actually visited Dell site, specific to your tag #, and downloaded
the Nvidea Driver?

Do NOT use winupdate for drivers.

Re: Help, please. Video card issues.

I had BSOD problems with the latest nVidia drivers for my 6200 based card
whether I got the drivers from MS or nVidia. I finally uninstalled the
drivers and am using the drivers loaded from the Vista disc (7.14.10.9687).
nVidia indicates that the problem could be elsewhere because so much
computer activity relies on the graphics card.

I printed out the nVidia remedy but never bother to investigate since I
haven't had a BSOD since going with the 7.14.10.9687 drivers.
