Vista Ultimate x64 4GB RAM Problem

I'm currently running Windows Vista Ultimate x64, and I have 4 x 1GB Corsair XMS2 DDR2 RAM installed. My motherboard is an "EVGA 122-CK-NF63-TR NVIDIA nForce 680i SLI", with a E660 Core2Duo Processor.

When I first installed Vista, it recognized all 4GB's and everything was peachy, but after I updated to Service Pack 1 it will only recognize 2814MB's of RAM. I've uninstalled SP1, in hopes of restoring the usage of all of my RAM... but to no success.

Any ideas?

OS - Windows Vista Ultimate Edition x64-bit
Motherboard - EVGA 122-CK-NF63-TR NVIDIA nForce 680i SLI
CPU - Intel Core2Duo E6600 2.4ghz Stock, running at 3.4ghz OC'd
RAM - 4 x 1GB Corsair XMS2 DDR2
Video Card - EVGA 8800GT 512MB

Try going to Start > type MSCONFIG, hit enter. Click the Boot tab, the
Advanced option... Is the Maximum Memory check box checked? If so, uncheck
that and reboot.

Try taking the CPU speed back to stock and see if that helps, and see if
there are any BIOS updates for the motherboard, also.

Thank you so much, the Maximum Memory box was in fact checked, simply disabling it and all of my Memory is back.
