Vista - dual monitors stopped working suddenly in vista

Hello,

I have an average ATI dual DVI card, i been using it in this pc for about a
month or so and had no problems with dual monitors, i lost power last night
and when i turned my comp on, dual monitors will not work, it shows the start
up stuff on both screens like the bios and loading and such, but as soon as
vista boots up the other screen goes black, i try enabling it but it doesnt
do anything, i tried reinstalling drivers, doing a system restore. Im out of
ideas, any help is appreciated

what model is the ati graphics card? and how old is it? there could have been a power surge or something similar during the power cut. Have you checked that all the dvi cable ends are fully plugged in?
