Vista - Can't enter my chat

I believe my Computer is crashing a chat site, if I get internet
disconnect it won't let me close the chat & then when I try to goback
it give this error message which everyone who tried to enter is getting
any idea how this can be fixed theerror message reads as
follows....................

You want the Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 Update 6 in the middle of the
page.

If that doesn't work, contact the webmaster for that site and ask them about
it. Perhaps their chat software doesn't work with Vista.
