Change disk drive letter?

Ok well, overnight somehow my External Hard drive's letter (F Changed to G and moved to my Cd Drive. I was wondering how to change my CD drive's letter, so that I can have my external as the letter F again.
Thanks

RE: Change disk drive letter?

Should have read start Orb. You can also right click on Computer and select
manage as well.

Re: Change disk drive letter?

What is the "it" that doesn't show up?

If both F: and G: are assigned to devices, in order to swap F: with G: you
need to go through several steps. You cannot directly swap them in one
move. No biggie, but you have to do it that way. First set F: to any
currently unused letter, say W:. Then set G: to F:. Last set W: to G:. If
either of the devices are in use, you will need to reboot in between before
it will work. You will see a message to that effect if it is a problem.
Naturally you want to remove any cds from the cd drive first.
