no more auto run can't find the right registry

Basically My autorun no longer works. Searched on the internet and attempted to find the correct registry entry NoDriveTypeAutoRun.
However i could not find this registry and now don't know how to proceed to sort out this problem. Anyhelp would be much appreciated!
