Have you tried running Problem and Reports Solutions found in the
Control Panel? In using this I was surprised to see a solution was
found. It states this issue has been resolved in Service Pack 1.
Looking at your extra info, it shows this has not been installed yet and
could very well be the solution to your problem.

Just in case you need them, here are the steps to check for solutions:

Start --> Control Panel --> Problem and Reports Solutions

From the pop up window, choose "View problem history", right click on
this error, and select "Check for a solution." I don't remember if a
window pops up displaying the solution if one is found. If not (and
assuming a solution was found), just right click on the problem and
select "View solution."
