You would be surprised how much dust accumulates inside a PC so, as Mike has
advised try removing the fan from the CPU and giving the fins a good clean.
You might also try removing the cover from the PC (as a temporary measure)
just to see if the same thing happens when more air is allowed into the
case. It may be that a good clean is all that is needed.
