=?Utf-8?B?Tmljaw==?= n/a posts	Horrible performance with ATI Radeon Mobility 9700 drivers install Anyone have any ideas? Tried ATI beta drivers and "default" Vista drivers - both result in the screen refreshing once per every 5 seconds
