Code 31 and PDI Kernel Ports Device Driver

I am not a techie, so maKE IT SIMPLE IF POSSIBLE. When I log on to Vista I
get a pop up that tells me I have to install the driver but then when I try I
get the window's cannot load the driver required for this device--
If I open the device manager it tells me the deviced is working properly.
Any ideas?

Thanks
Lenny
