Tom Lakes' Response

Tom your donation was not helpful, it's MOOT!

If "VISTA" has a remedy, then why isn't it "POSTED" all of the current data
is diseminated, however it is non functional, it's not allowing MS Office 12,
it says it does not recognize the program. When I tried to update it it told
me that it is not installed on my system.....What I'm trying to convey is
"VISTA" is currently for
my E-Mail. The XP format should have been used for Vista and just add new
Grphics, and continued to improve that format.....I think that you're trying
to out smart yourselves and messing up the "CUSTOMER SERVICE" we'er the mass
that is to purchase this product, and it appears that your client base are
the ones prompting your revisions..................Get busy and make a
product that is functional.
Because, if this is to be released in 2007 you have Toxson Revisions to
produce!

Huh? Please include at least a part of the previous thread so we know what
you're ranting about. It would also be helpful to include this message as a
reply in the same thread. I think your newsreader messed up the names of
people who replied since I don't have nor have I ever had any solutions to
anything.

Ok , you're talking about the lack of ActiveSync in Vista. I told you as
much as I know. At least that will keep you from wasting time trying to get
ActiveSync to work.

Re: Tom Lakes' Response

Veron,

This newsgroup is not the place to contact Microsoft support. This is a
public group where users like yourself make posts in order to help one
another and make comments. Tom is another user like yourself and is not a
Microsoft representative, as far as I'm aware. I suggest that if you want
to make comments to Microsoft about their customer service, that you go to
http://www.microsoft.com and do so.

I do know that Microsoft is very busy updating code to fix as many bugs as
possible before Vista is released. Bugs are to be expected in any Beta
version of software.

Ladies and gentlemen - the preceding has been an illustration of the both
tragic and baffling disease that is schizophrenia. Please send donations to
NARSAD at https://www.narsad.org/cgi-bin/schizophrenia.pl to support
research into the effective treatment of this crippling disorder.
