ATI Graphics driver error

Hi All

I have a new machine with windows vista SP1 which has a ATI graphic card,
every 10 - 15 minutes my screen goes black and I will see a message that
Windows has recovered from a problem, I look at problem report and solution,
I can see that the problem is with graphic card, but windows cannot find any
solution for this problem.
here is the report I'm getting:

have you updated your drivers from the ATI site.

That error may be caused by a problem with your TV tuner/Video capture card
and not by a problem with your Graphics card.
