Delete volume external hard drive

Hi, I have an 500gb wd external hard drive I was trying to format it for my ps3, but unfortunately I deleted the volume in disk manager now my Pc won't reconise the external hard drive when I connect it. Please help.

I see you started you own thread... I'll re-post what I typed in my thread...
....if you deleted the volume in Disk Managment and now you can't find the drive, you'll need to go back into disk managment and re-make the volume for the HDD.

Plug in the USB HDD, then right click "My computer" and select manage.... then goto "disk management" again and see if the drive is listed. If it is, create a new volume, reformat the drive (for PS3 use FAT32) and then assign it a drive letter... this should allow you see the drive again.

If this isn't what's going on.... then we'll need more info about any error messages and the like.
