New Control Panel Icon

I have an icon for Bluetooth Devices in my Control Panel that I
didn't have before. Not sure how it got there. I have no devices
except my Microsoft mouse and keyboard that are wireless. Could that be why
the icon is there. When I click 'Bluetooth Settings' nothing happens.

Any information on how this icon got into my control panel will be
appreciated,
James
